I CASE'd this card from one I received as a swap from convention. I would love to give credit to the creator but there wasn't a name on the back so to whoever designed this card, thanks! I can just see giving this card to a young boy or girl. Here's what you will need to make this card:

- In Color Patterns Designer Series Paper
- Pennant Punch
- Pennant Parade Stamp Set
- 3/4" Circle Punch
- Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon
- Hemp Twine
- Pearls
- Post-It Notes & Sponge for making clouds
- Bashful Blue Classic Ink
