The sleigh is all packed and the reindeer hitched to the sleigh. Now we're just waiting for Santa to show! I had a lot of fun making this card but boy, it is a lot of die cutting! The background was done by embossing a Whisper White piece of cardstock using the Woodland embossing folder. The background areas were then sponged using Pool Party ink and the trees were sponged using Early Espresso. I wasn't super careful about not getting ink in the other areas and used an up and down motion to get the look I wanted.
Inside the card, instead of stamping and cutting out the presents and bear, I used the Post-It masking technique to stamp my layered gifts on the Very Vanilla piece and then attached the cut sleigh in front. To create the layers, I stamped the bear and the gift in the top left first. Then I masked them off and stamped the other two gifts. Some Tip Top Taupe striped ribbon at the bottom finished off the card.
