Stampin' Up! Convention Cards, Group 3 - Card 3

Here is the final card from group 3.  I added the Striped Scallop framelit and layered it on the bottom half of the card.  The Rich Razzleberry Blendabilities did not blend as well with the Pink Pirouette paper as the Melon Mambo or Wisteria Wonder but it gave a more watercolor look to the flower.

Stampin' Up! Convention Cards, Group 3 - Card 2

So here I added a stamp set (Hey You) and a punch to the supply list to jazz up the card but I also wanted to show different colors of the Blendabilities so I did this second card in Melon Mambo so they could see what that color combination would look like.  I love how it looks - so vibrant!

Stampin' Up! Convention Cards, Group 3 - Card 1

Here is the first card from group 3.  I made these cards up just after we were able to order the Blendabilities.  I had seen several cards made using the Blendabilities and this stamp but always on Whisper White cardstock and I wanted to see how it would look on another color of card stock.  I thought it was pretty cool to be able to color it on Pink Pirouette and use the color lifter to bring out the pink hue.

Introducing Blendabilities!

 

Have you tried Stampin' Up!'s Blendabilities yet? Do you love them too? For some who is "shading challenged" like me, they are wonderful! They do it for you. And the other cool thing is that you can color our faceted buttons, pearls and rhinestones with them and the color doesn't rub off. Just be careful as the sharp edges can damage you tips quicker. This card was made at my "Introduction to the New Catalog" class so we used mostly new product.
