The Return of the Corner Fold Card...

Do you remember last year when I showed you how to make a corner fold card using that adorable Santa Claus from the designer series paper that Stampin' Up! offered last year?  Well, this year I decided to make another one but this time I used the Fa-La-La-La stamp set and the beard from the Detailed Santa thinlet.  Yes, that's right - those waves are actually Santa's beard!
I also found that the detailed thinlet from the Cheerful Tags dies fit perfectly in the bottom by having every other one in the portrait or landscape layout.

Quick & Easy Gift Card Holder...

I saw this idea for a gift card holder made by Patty Bennett.  I thought it was such a clever little gift card holder that I wanted to share it with you.

Here's a quick video to show you how to make it.  I also show you how to hide your paper ends behind embellishments in the front of your gift card holder and give a short instruction and demonstration of the Curvy Corner Trio punch.

Remember this Card???

A few weeks ago, I posted this Corner Pop Up card and have had such a great response to it.  You've been asking how I made this card and today I am going to share it with you.  A special thank you to fellow Demonstrator Debbie Henderson for sharing this template with me.
So sit back, relax and watch my video to see how to make this card.

Embellished Ornaments & a Whole Lot of Sparkle!

Here is a card that we made recently that has a ton of sparkle!  Since there is not a solid die for the round ornament, I used the 2" circle punch and it is just a bit larger than the die so it gives it an edge which I really like.  For assistance in cutting out the ornaments, see my video on the Precision Base Plate but remember to use the Magnetic Platform for the solid ornament dies.  Also, another video shows how to make the sentiment wave on the banner so check that one out too if you haven't already seen it.

To get the sentiments straight and the right distance apart in a class setting, I placed both on the same large block and class attendees inked up the top one with Mossy Meadow and the bottom with Real Red.
