Hidden Message Pull Tab Card Using the Baby Wipe Technique...

Here is another card from last week's class that I wanted to share with you.  This card is super fun to make and is a lot easier than it looks!  I also broke out the tried and true Baby Wipe technique for the wreath.  I love getting more use out of a Christmas set!  Below is a video on how to recreate this card with both the technique and card cutting and assembly.
Here is what the card looks like when you use the pull tab at the bottom.

Embellished Ornaments & a Whole Lot of Sparkle!

Here is a card that we made recently that has a ton of sparkle!  Since there is not a solid die for the round ornament, I used the 2" circle punch and it is just a bit larger than the die so it gives it an edge which I really like.  For assistance in cutting out the ornaments, see my video on the Precision Base Plate but remember to use the Magnetic Platform for the solid ornament dies.  Also, another video shows how to make the sentiment wave on the banner so check that one out too if you haven't already seen it.

To get the sentiments straight and the right distance apart in a class setting, I placed both on the same large block and class attendees inked up the top one with Mossy Meadow and the bottom with Real Red.

Lots of Gold...

Here is a card where we used lots of gold embossing.  Do you have trouble hiding adhesive when attaching vellum to your project?  This card uses the "hide behind the next layer" technique.  The dimensionals on the back of the vellum to attach it to the Gold Foil are placed behind where the embossed trees are and at the top where the Gold satin ribbon hides them.  If you didn't want the vellum raised on dimensionals, use glue dots behind the pine cones!
