Quick & Easy Gift Card Holder...

I saw this idea for a gift card holder made by Patty Bennett.  I thought it was such a clever little gift card holder that I wanted to share it with you.

Here's a quick video to show you how to make it.  I also show you how to hide your paper ends behind embellishments in the front of your gift card holder and give a short instruction and demonstration of the Curvy Corner Trio punch.

Reason for the Season....

 Inspired by a card that I found on the internet, this card uses a Window Sheet on the front for the card face so you look directly into the inside of the card.  The Window Sheet was attached to the card between the Real Red card front flap and the Mossy Meadow strip so you can't see any adhesive.  I don't like seeing adhesive on my cards!  The Poinsettias were cut from the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!'s Holiday catalog which expires on January 4 so make sure to visit my online store to order some of this wonderful paper!

Santa & the Side Step Card...

 I recently was invited into a chat group of SplitcoastStampers demonstrators and have had a wonderful time getting to know these women better.  Recently we gathered at Lela's house to meet and spend the day stamping and sharing what we love.  It was so much fun!  We each brought a shoebox swap and this was my card from that swap.  I loved it so much that we also made this card at my recent Christmas card class.  Again, thank you Scan N Cut for the beautifully cut Santa, tree and reindeer!

Beautiful Poinsettias....

 This card was inspired by one made by Carol Payne.  I thought it was a beautiful way to showcase the poinsettias made with the Festive Flower punch.  In my October 12 blog post, you can watch a video on how to assemble this flower.  Super quick and easy.  I have seen some done with quite a few more petals to the flower so have fun building these.
