Peek A Boo Kitty!

This card is a pull tab card that we made at the Dog/Cat class.  We stamped the cat and sentiment on the whisper white cardstock and then used the Large Polka Dot embossing folder on it to give texture.  The heart was cut out of chipboard using the heart collection framelits and colored using the Cherry Cobbler blendabilities (boy, am I going to miss using those!).  You could use a Real Red marker on them instead.

If you haven't done this before, to get the little bow tie red, ink up the entire cat using the Memento ink (you can't use StazOn for this).  Take your blender pen and wipe away the ink from the bow tie.  Then take your Real Red marker and color it.  Huff on the image to moisten it and stamp!  Easy peasy!
Here is what shows when you pull on the heart tab.  I recommend that you not stamp inside until you have assembled the entire card.  If you are worried about goof it up and having to start from scratch (pardon the pun!), make sure the piece you stamp on is small enough that you can attach the top piece to the Red piece at the top and slide your stamped piece underneath until you line it up just where you want it and then secure all of the pieces.
Here is the inside of the card.  Most of the pull tab cards that I have seen have not had an inside piece.  The problem I see with this is where do you sign it?  Certainly not on the front!  In my case, the back wouldn't have worked well either since it was black - unless I used a Chalkboard marker!
